NagList Privacy Policy

NagList is a personal reminder app made by Mirakai.

We collect only what NagList needs to work: account details, the content you create, and optional notification settings.

Google sign-in provides your email address, name, profile image, and sign-in provider through Supabase Authentication. We use this to sign you in and show your profile.

NagList stores your reminders, Lists, dates, notes, completion history, Regulars, and Regular entries. Notification settings and delivery records are stored when you enable notifications.

When you use AI reminder parsing, NagList sends your request and the information needed to understand it to Google Gemini. NagList does not intentionally store Gemini prompts or responses separately. Google’s own policies apply to its processing.

Voice entry uses your browser’s speech-recognition feature to make a transcript. Your browser or its speech provider handles that step. The transcript then follows the normal reminder-creation flow.

Notifications are optional and use your browser’s Push service. A reminder notification can include its title. You can turn notifications off in Account or browser settings.

We use information to sign you in, run reminders and Regulars, send requested notifications, provide AI features, and support NagList.

NagList uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Google for Google sign-in and Gemini, and browser notification, Push, and speech services when you choose those features.

NagList uses session cookies to keep you signed in and stores a small browser-only interface preference. These are for app functionality, not advertising or behavioural tracking.

We keep your NagList data while it remains in your NagList account. You can delete it at any time. Provider-side retention is governed by the relevant provider’s policies.

Delete NagList Data permanently removes your NagList data only. It does not delete your Google account, shared Supabase identity, or data from another Mirakai app. You will then be signed out of NagList.

We use authenticated access controls to help protect your NagList data. Please also keep your Google account and device secure.

NagList does not include analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling. We do not use your NagList content for advertising.

NagList is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to NagList.

We may update this policy when NagList changes. We will post the updated version here and update the Last Updated date.
